Payment: Payment is expected at the time of treatment unless other arrangements have been made. In order to make treatment more affordable, we participate in several health care payment solutions.
Insurance: Payment for services is ultimately the patients’ responsibility. However, we will do as much as possible to help with utilization of your insurance. In most situations we submit insurance claims to the insurance company. Once they have paid we will send you a bill for the uncovered portion.
We are not participating with Blue Cross and Blue Shield. We will submit; however they often will not send us payment (depending on the specifics of your plan). As a result, you will need to make arrangements with the office for payment directly.
