Directions:

To Biddeford: We are located next to Southern Maine Medical Center

  • From Sanford: take route 111 toward Biddeford. Proceed 100 yards beyond the Turnpike entrance and turn right onto Medical Center Drive. Immediately turn right into the office parking lot
  • From Kennebunk: take Route 1 North toward Biddeford. Turn left at the connector headed towards the Turnpike. Turn right on Route 111. In 100 yards turn right onto Medical Center Dr. and then turn right into the parking lot immediately. Time from the lower village is 20 min.
  • From Maine Turnpike: take exit 31. At the end of the exit ramp turn left onto Route 111. Then turn right in 100 yards onto medical center drive and immediately turn right into the parking lot. Time from Portland is 25 min.

To Portland: we are located on Forest Avenue at the corner of Warren Avenue. (1/4 mile beyond Morrel’s corner) The parking lot entrance is on Warren Avenue.

  • From the Maine Turnpike/ Rt. 95: Take exit 48 (the old exit 8). At the end of the ramp turn right onto Riverside. In 1 mile turn right onto Warren Avenue (Home Depot is at the corner). In 1.5 mi turn right into the parking lot approximately 50 yards before Forest Avenue.
  • From East: Take Route 295 headed towards Portland. Take exit 10 to Bucknam Road (1/4 mile after the connector to 295). At the end of the ramp turn right. In 0.5 mi go straight to Allen Avenue. Stay on Allen Avenue for 4.3 mi crossing over Washington Avenue (Route 26). At Morrell’s corner turn right onto Forest Avenue (Route 302). In 02.mi yards turn left onto Warren Avenue and then into the parking lot. The time from exiting Route 295 is 15 minutes.
  • From South Portland: take Route 77 over the bridge to Portland. Head out forest Avenue (Route 302). Go through Woodford’s corner and Morrel’s corner. In 0.2mi turn left onto Warren Avenue and then turn left into the parking lot.
  • From Windham: take Route 302 toward Portland. Turn right onto Warren Avenue and the parking lot is immediately on your left. Time from Windham Center is approximately 20 minutes
